Just Another Foundry ist eine nun mehr als sieben Jahre existierende Kölner working band des progressiven Jazz.
Alle Stücke und musikalischen Konstruktionen werden zusammen im Trio erarbeitet, arrangiert und instrumentiert. Es wird versucht auf ehrlichste Art und Weise das Naturell der Spielenden in Musik zu transferieren.
Im Fokus dieses Abends steht die Kombination aus Akustik-Trio-Sound und elektronischem Live-Processing. Hierfür eingeladen sind der Noise-Elektroniker Jonathan Uranes (Kopenhagen) und der Indie Pop Produzent Marc Alberto (Amsterdam), die die Band in Echtzeit farblich, klanglich und räumlich bearbeiten, verfremden und elektronisch erweitern werden. Die Musik wurde eigens für die Klänge und Möglichkeiten dieses Projekts abgestimmt und komponiert.

Just Another Foundry is a Cologne working band of progressive jazz that has been in existence for more than seven years now.
All pieces and musical constructions are worked out, arranged and orchestrated together as a trio. They try to transfer the nature of the players into music in the most honest way.
The focus of this evening is the combination of acoustic trio sound and electronic live processing. Invited for this are noise electronic artist Jonathan Uranes (Copenhagen) and indie pop producer Marc Alberto (Amsterdam), who will color, sonically and spatially process, alienate and electronically extend the band in real time. The music has been specially tuned and composed for the sounds and possibilities of this project.
