Musikalisch changiert TAU zwischen Free-Jazz und Fusion mit Beat-lastigen Hip-Hop-Elementen – einzelne Parts erinnern an aufwändig produzierte Soundtracks. In einem kollektiven Prozess aus Komposition, Improvisation und Arrangement finden die fünf Musiker aus Berlin und Köln das Vokabular für ihre eigene Klangsprache. Es entsteht ein Sound, der an Dichte schwer zu überbieten ist: Futuristisch, virtuos und mutig!
