Seit seinem Auftritt im Finale des allerersten BBC Young Jazz Musician of the Year (2014) im Alter von 13 Jahren arbeitet Sean regelmäßig als freiberuflicher Musiker in ganz Großbritannien.
Sean war von 2017 bis 2020 Mitglied von Clark Traceys Quintett und hat darüber hinaus als Sideman mit Musikern wie Gwilym Simcock, Laurence Cottle, Pablo Held, Nigel Hitchcock, Kit Downes und Mark Nightingale gearbeitet.
Im Jahr 2018 war Sean Halbfinalist beim Michael Brecker International Saxophone Competition.

Sean hat an der Purcell School, der Royal Academy of Music und der Hochschule für Musik & Tanz Köln studiert. Zusammen mit dem Schlagzeuger Kai Craig hat Sean für dieses Konzert eine Gruppe zusammengestellt, die noch nie zusammen aufgetreten ist.
Sie werden zwei Sets mit Seans Originalmusik sowie eine Auswahl anderer Stücke aus der Jazztradition spielen.

Since performing in the final of the first ever BBC Young Jazz Musician of the Year (2014) at the age of 13, Sean has worked as regularly as a freelance musician around the UK.
Sean was a member of Clark Tracey’s Quintet 2017-2020 and alongside that, has had sideman experience working with musicians such as Gwilym Simcock, Laurence Cottle, Pablo Held, Nigel Hitchcock, Kit Downes and Mark Nightingale.
In 2018, Sean was a semi-finalist in the Michael Brecker International Saxophone Competition.

Sean has studied at the Purcell School, Royal Academy of Music and the Hochschule für Musik & Tanz Köln. Along with Drummer Kai Craig, Sean has selected a group for this concert which has never previously performed together.
They will be playing two sets of Sean’s original music, as well as a selection of other tunes in the Jazz Tradition.
