Das eher unkonventionell besetzte Quartett mit zwei Gitarren, Schlagzeug und Saxofon kombiniert traditionelle Gitarrenmusik mit komplexen rhythmischen Zyklen, teils abstrakten Melodien und freier Improvisation.
KLSD wurde im Oktober 2021 gegründet und war in Zusammenarbeit mit Gitarrist Frank Möbus und Toningenieur Friedrich Störmer im Dezember ’21 bereits das erste Mal im Studio. Das Quartett, keine Working Band im traditionellen Sinne, trifft sich regelmäßig zu Probephasen um musikalische Ideen und Kompositionen stetig weiterzuentwickeln Nach dem Gewinn des recording projects des 2ndFLOOR e.V. für junge Musiker*innen nimmt KLSD im Februar 2022 sein Debütalbum auf und präsentiert das frisch aufgenommene, brandneue Programm im Rahmen eines Konzerts im LOFT.

The rather unconventional quartet with two guitars, drums and saxophone combines traditional guitar music with complex rhythmic cycles, partly abstract melodies and free improvisation.
KLSD was founded in October 2021 and was already in the studio for the first time in December ’21 in collaboration with guitarist Frank Möbus and sound engineer Friedrich Störmer. The quartet, not a working band in the traditional sense, meets regularly for rehearsal phases in order to constantly develop musical ideas and compositions. After winning the recording project of the 2ndFLOOR e.V. for young musicians, KLSD will record its debut album in February 2022 and present the freshly recorded, brand-new programme in a concert at LOFT.
