Ehrlich, explosiv, eindringlich und hochaktuell: Für das Projekt NOSACRUM hat Posaunist und Komponist Janning Trumann, ausgezeichnet mit dem Deutschen Jazzpreis 2024, den Berliner Schlagzeuger Oli Steidle (Gewinner des Deutschen Jazzpreis 2022) und den Kölner Florian Zwissler an den analogen Synthesizern eingeladen.
Mit NOSACRUM bringt Trumann individuelle Stimmen der aktuellen Improvisationsmusik zusammen.
Steidle, Zwissler und Trumann vereint der starke Ausdruck am Instrument und die Suche nach neuen Formen des künstlerischen Ausdrucks. Es ist die Auseinandersetzung und das eruptive Spiel mit Gegensätzen, die das Projekt NOSACRUM am besten beschreibt. Es treffen elektronische Effekte und Synthesizer auf analoge Instrumente und mehrschichtige Kompositionen.

Honest, explosive, forceful and highly topical: for the NOSACRUM project, trombonist and composer Janning Trumann, winner of the German Jazz Award 2024, has invited Berlin drummer Oli Steidle (winner of the German Jazz Awawrd 2022) and Cologne-based Florian Zwissler to play analog synthesizers.
With NOSACRUM, Trumann brings together individual voices of contemporary improvisational music.
Steidle, Zwissler and Trumann are united by their strong expression on the instrument and the search for new forms of artistic expression. It is the confrontation and eruptive play with opposites that best describes the NOSACRUM project. Electronic effects and synthesizers meet analog instruments and multi-layered compositions.
