Vom Cello auf den Kontrabass – von der Klassik in den Jazz.

“Die musikalische Reise, welche ich im Jahre 2015 – damals noch an der Hochschule für Musik Trossingen – beginnen durfte und seit 2018 in Köln fortsetzen darf, findet nun ein kleines Ende.

Nicht nur wuchs für mich in den letzten Jahren die Leidenschaft zum E-Bass, Elektronik und Synths sondern auch die Arbeit innerhalb sogenannter DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations) in welchen ich seit ca. 2019 wieder fleißig ausprobiere und komponiere.

Am Abend meines Abschlusskonzertes möchte ich einen kleinen Einblick in die Stücke geben, die während den letzten Jahren so entstanden sind. Das ist in allererster Line zwar erstmal eine kleine/große Sortier-Aufgabe, aber auch schön und aufregend, da ich zum aller ersten Mal ganz eigene Musik präsentieren darf, mit großartigen Mitmusikern.”

From the cello to the double bass – from classical music to jazz.

“The musical journey, which I was allowed to start in 2015 – at that time still at the Hochschule für Musik Trossingen – and continue since 2018 in Cologne, now comes to a small end.

Not only grew for me in recent years the passion for electric bass, electronics and synths but also the work within so-called DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations) in which I am again diligently trying out and composing since about 2019.

On the evening of my final concert, I would like to give a little insight into the pieces that have been created during the last few years so. This is first and foremost a small/big sorting task, but also beautiful and exciting, as I get to present my very own music for the very first time, with great fellow musicians.”
