Es ist Beginn und Abschied in einem.

Anna Größbrink schließt mit diesem Konzert ihr Bachelor-Studium an der Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln ab.
Während dieser Zeit war sie unter anderem Schülerin von Robert Landfermann und Frank Gratkowski.
Die Kontrabassistin präsentiert zwei unterschiedliche Projekte, die ihre Arbeit der letzten Jahre zeigen: Mit Brink:A entsteht ein minimalistisches Quartett, das in der Improvisation und Komposition mit elektroakustisch bearbeiteten Sprachaufnahmen und grafischen Miniaturen einen Raum für Stille und Reduktion schafft.
Ergänzend dazu stehen ihre Kompositionen für Stimme und Gitarre. Hier zeigt sie eine sehr persönliche Facette und lässt das Publikum in intimen Liedern an ihren eigenen Geschichten und unmittelbaren Gefühlswelt teilhaben.



Die Konzerte im LOFT beginnen in der Regel gegen 20 Uhr - das LOFT öffnet jeweils um 19.30 Uhr.
Ausnahmen in der Winterzeit - zB an Sonntagen - sind möglich.

Brink:A is the answer to a conversation, to silence, to everything left unsaid.
It is both a beginning and a farewell.With this concert, Anna Größbrink completes her bachelor’s degree at the Cologne University of Music and Dance.
During this time, she studied under Robert Landfermann and Frank Gratkowski, among others.

The double bassist presents two different projects that showcase her work from recent years:
Brink:A is a minimalist quartet that creates a space for silence and reduction in improvisation and composition with electroacoustically processed voice recordings and graphic miniatures.
This is complemented by her compositions for voice and guitar. Here she reveals a very personal side and allows the audience to share in her own stories and immediate emotional world through intimate songs.



The concerts at the LOFT will generally start at around 8.00 pm CET - the LOFT will open at 7.30 pm CET.
Exceptions during wintertime - eg on Sundays - are possible.
