Absolvierte ein Studium der Englischen Philologie, Kulturanthropologie und Komparatistik an der Georg-August-Universität Göttingen sowie an der University of California, San Diego, mit Schwerpunkten in Literatur und Performance, das sie 2009 mit einer Arbeit über Suzan-Lori Parks abschloss. Während ihres Studiums belegte sie Kurse in Regie und Schauspiel an der University of California und dem Royal Conservatory of Scotland. Sie arbeitete als Regieassistentin am DT Göttingen, sowie von 2016 bis 2018 am Staatsschauspiel Hannover. Seit 2012 entstanden diverse Regiearbeiten am DT Göttingen, dem Schauspiel Hannover und in den Sophiensælen Berlin, u.a. FaustIn and Out von Elfriede Jelinek und Unorthodox (UA) von Deborah Feldman, zudem begleitet sie als freie Dramaturgin, Übersetzerin und Produktionsleiterin für Theater und Film u.a. Produktionen beim Festival Theaterformen (Hannover), Orchester im Treppenhaus (Hannover) und werkgruppe2 (Göttingen/Hannover).
In der Spielzeit 2021/22 übernimmt sie am Schauspiel Hannover die Produktionsleitung bei dem Markt für nützliches Wissen und Nicht-Wissen.
