Die Sopranistin Petra Radulovic wurde in Montenegro geboren und studierte an der Universität für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Wien, der Boston Arts Academy sowie der St. Croix Preparatory Academy in Stillwater, Minnesota. Sie war als Papagena (Die Zauberflöte) und Une pastorelle (L’Enfant et les sortilèges) im Schlosstheater Schönbrunn zu erleben, sang Zerlina (Don Giovanni) auf der Neuen Studio Bühne Penzing in Wien sowie Serpina (La Serva Padrona) beim Operosa Montenegro Opera Festival. In Minnesota stand sie in den Musicals Guys and Dolls in der St. Croix Preparatory Academy und A Little Night Music im Woodbury Community Theatre auf der Bühne.
Sie gewann den zweiten Preis beim Lazar Jovanovic Wettbewerb 2019 in Belgrad und wurde beim Jadranski Akordi Wettbewerb 2017 in Rijeka/Kroatien ausgezeichnet. 2017 und 2015 erhielt sie zudem den Goldenen Preis beim Wettbewerb Montenegro in Podgorica.
Von 2021 bis 2023 gehörte Petra Radulovic zum Internationalen Opernstudio der Staatsoper Hannover und war hier als Oberto in Alcina, Johanna in Sweeney Todd, Barbarina in Le Nozze di Figaro, Flora in The Turn of the Screw, Fasquita in Carmen, Madeleine Usher in Glass’ The Fall of the House of Usher, Erste Nymphe in Rusalka, Kammerjungfrau in Iris ter Schiphorsts Die Gänsemagd, Janthe in Der Vampyr sowie als Alma in der deutschen Erstaufführung von Leonard Evers humanoid zu erleben.
In der Spielzeit 2023/24 kehrt sie für Glass’ The Fall of the House of Usher und Mozarts Die Zauberflöte zurück an die Staatsoper Hannover.
