Der koreanische Bass Paul Minhyung Roh ist Absolvent des Hanyang University College of Music. Er wurde als Stipendiat der Sungjung Cultural Foundation ausgewählt und erhielt ein Stipendium.
Er gewann den 3. Preis beim 63. Dong-A-Musikwettbewerb, den 2. Preis beim 2. Busan International Art Song Festival, den 3. Preis beim 29. Suri Music Concours, den Hauptpreis beim 7. Gyeongsangbuk-do Paparotti-Gesangswettbewerb, den 1. Preis beim Sungjung-Wettbewerb, den 3. Preis beim 1. Sollim-Gesangsmusikwettbewerb, den 5. Preis beim AsLiCo Asia-Wettbewerb und den 2. Preis beim 48. Joongang-Musikwettbewerb.
Er wurde als Stipendiat der Sungjung Cultural Foundation ausgewählt und erhielt ein Stipendium. Er spielte die Rollen des Sarastro in Wolfgang Amadeus Mozarts DIE ZAUBERFLÖTE, des Sparafucile in Giuseppe Verdis RIGOLETTO und des Wagner in Charles Gounods FAUST. Er wurde zu einem Konzert in die Kukje Art Hall eingeladen. Er wurde für die „Vocal Music Ceremony“, ein Projekt des Arts Council Korea, einer staatlich geförderten Initiative, ausgewählt und gab dort ein Rezital und ein Galakonzert.
Paul Minhyung Roh bereichert in der Saison 2025/26 unser Ensemble als Stipendiat der Korean National Opera.
