Mit Ausnahme des tschechischen Komponisten Richard Grimm stammen ihre Mitglieder aus dem Osten Deutschlands. Die deutsch-deutsche Vereinigung, mit der sich ihr Projekt befasst, beinhaltet für sie die Erforschung einer Zeit, in der sie noch nicht geboren waren. Fast alle verbindet bereits gemeinsame Theaterarbeit, in der vorhandenen Konstellation und unter dem vorhandenen Namen finden sie sich erstmals nun für dieses Projekt zusammen. Im Vordergrund steht für sie dabei der Gedanke einer kollektiven Stückentwicklung auf gleichberechtigter Basis.
