Geboren in Sanandaj-Kurdistan im Iran. Seit 2019 lebt sie in Deutschland und studiert seit 2021 Schauspiel an der Akademie für Darstellende Kunst Baden-Württemberg. Nach einigen Jahren Bühnenerfahrung im Iran musste Moné Sharifi das Land verlassen, da sie aufgrund ihres Geschlechts und ihrer ethnischen Herkunft ständigen Diskriminierungen durch die islamische Regierung ausgesetzt war. Als Schauspielstudentin und Aktivistin mit Migrationshintergrund stehen politische und soziale Themen im Zentrum ihrer künstlerischen Arbeit.
Sie spielte u.a. am Theater Bremen und an der Württembergischen Landesbühne und wurde mit AGAMEMNOMNOMNOM zum Körber Studio Junge Regie 2024 eingeladen. Zu sehen ist sie außerdem in Produktionen wie dem Kinofilm Vor dem Anfang (Regie: Milena Aboyan) und diversen Kurzfilmen. Moné Sharifi ist Stipendiatin des Deutschlandstipendiums sowie der Franz Meiller Stiftung und der Manfred Strecker Stiftung.
Am Schauspiel Hannover spielt sie 2024/25 in Das kunstseidene Mädchen und Momo.
