Geboren 1996 in Heilbronn. Sie studierte von 2016 bis 2020 Schauspiel an der Hochschule für Musik und Theater Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy in Leipzig. Nicole Widera war Stipendiatin der Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes und von 2018 bis 2020 Mitglied des Studios am Schauspiel Leipzig (u.a. in der Regie von Ilario Rascher, Enrico Lübbe und Armin Petras). Außerdem gründete sie dort zusammen mit Kommiliton*innen das Theaterkollektiv STUDIO LZR.
Von 2020 bis 2023 war sie festes Ensemblemitglied am Anhaltischen Theater Dessau wo sie u.a. mit Milan Peschel, Mizgin Bilmen und Rebekka Bangerter zusammenarbeitete. Seit 2023 arbeitet sie als freischaffende Schauspielerin und gastiert unter anderem am Schauspiel Leipzig (u.a. Goldie von Emre Akal - Eingeladen zum Heidelberger Stückemarkt & nominiert für den Deutschen Theaterpreis DER FAUST in der Kategorie Genresprenger), am Schauspiel Hannover und realisiert eigene Produktionen. Sie lebt in Leipzig.
In der Spielzeit 2024/25 ist sie am Schauspiel Hannover in Animal Farm zu sehen.
