Von 2019 bis 2022 war sie Mitglied der Academy of Vocal Arts in Philadelphia, wo sie unter anderem Olga in Eugen Onegin und Léonor in Donizettis La Favorite gesungen hat. Zu ihren aktuellen Engagements gehören Mahtab in der Uraufführung von Giorgio Battistellis 7 Minuti an der Opéra de Lyon 2025, Lorca in Osvaldo Golijovs Ainadamar an der Metropolitan Opera sowie ihre Rollendebüts als Kate Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly an der Opera Philadelphia und als Maddalena in Rigoletto im Rahmen der Japan Tour des Royal Opera House London. Zu ihrem Repertoire gehören u. a. die Titelrollen in Brittens The Rape of Lucretia und Mozarts Giulio Cesare in Egitto, Austrian Woman in Adams The Death of Klinghoffer und Thurza in Smyths The Wreckers. Stanley erhielt zahlreiche Auszeichnungen und Preise u. a. beim Vincerò-Gesangswettbewerb 2021, dem Laffont-Wettbewerb der Metropolitan Opera 2022 und dem Wettbewerb der Loren L. Zachary Society for the Performing Arts 2023.
An der Staatsoper Hannover gibt sie ihr Debüt als Octavian in der Neuproduktion von Der Rosenkavalier.
