Die italienische Musicaldarstellerin Veronica Appeddu absolvierte ihre Ausbildung an der Bernstein School of Musical Theatre in Bologna. Anschließend war sie an zahlreichen Theatern in Italien zu sehen u. a. als Eponine in Les Misérable, als Wendla in Spring Awakening, als Mary Robert in Sister Act und als Maria in West Side Story. Ihr Debüt in Deutschland hatte sie als Sarah in Tanz der Vampire. An der Staatsoper Hannover stand Veronica Appeddu bereits in der Spielzeit 2022/23 in Die Zirkusprinzessin auf der Bühne und kehrt nun im Ensemble von Chicago zurück.
