Die Bühnen- und Kostümbildnerin wurde in Konstanz geboren, studierte von 1994 bis 2000 Freie Kunst, Fachbereich Bühnenbild, an der Kunstakademie Düsseldorf bei Karl Kneidl, dessen Meisterschülerin sie 1999 wurde. Seit 1999 arbeitet sie international in den Sparten Schauspiel, Oper und Tanz und an Projekten mit Laien und Experten z. B. im öffentlichen Raum, im Gefängnis, in Hörsälen oder im Altersheim. Sie gestaltete mehrere Raumbühnenbilder für jeweils eine Spielzeit am Luzerner Theater und konzeptionierte 2012 die Ausweichspielstätte im Zuschauerraum des Schauspielhaus Hamburg während des Umbaus.
